Release 3 - New stuff

Fixes:
Minor bug fixes

New Features:

- The custom character panel will update with functions that allow you to save and load characters. 

- Rotation and offset; allows you to rotate and vertically offset characters

- Panning and zooming; zoom with the scroll wheel and pan with your mouse

- Keybinds; Del key now deletes characters

- Floor; Characters now can snap to the floor if they wish.

Known issues:

- Help section is outdated, will fix soon.
